We may now need to be also thinking about making sure our patients are vaccinated against herpes zoster which is a very important potential risk for shingles as well potentially lowering the risk of stroke. So I think the message should be out there that think about vaccinating patients to prevent shingles, particularly those over age 50 and you're not only reducing the risk of shingles, but you're also potentially reducing the risk of stroke."
